Poor to little communication

Order took about a month to receive. Asked customer service for help and was told it would ship. Asked for tracking number and heard nothing. Reported to credit card company to dispute charges assuming it was a scam, then the order was shipped. I did receive in the end. But lack of communication made me believe I was being scammed.
