I have not received order after 2 weeks

I can't tell you anything about the sunglasses, because I haven't received them. Order on July 20, got a shipped notification on July 28, but the link shows UPS didn't received the item. Now it is August 4th, and still haven't heard anything from Framesvision or UPS. Pondering refunding. And you still owe me $5 for filling out the review right?
