How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the time that we receive your frames at our lab, lens production is about 4-7 business days on average. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, we may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

Can I send in my frames separately for orders with multiple pairs of lenses?

FramesVision standard process (and pricing) includes sending in all frames for each order at once. With that said, if you do order lenses for multiple frames, and you’d like to send them in separately for any reason, you can. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the subsequent frame(s) into our lab as well as the cost of us shipping the subsequent frame back to the customer. Can I Ship My Frames Myself?

Sure! If you'd rather not wait for the first box to come, we can provide a prepaid label for you to drop at USPS (Standard) or UPS (Expedited). Please email your order number to support@framesvision.com after you complete your purchase and we can provide that to you.

International (including Canada) Shipping

Canadian customers are able to place orders but will be responsible for shipping their frames into our lab here in Los Angeles. Once you've ordered, FramesVision will provide you a shipping address and shipping instructions to pack your frames and ship them in. At checkout, a $35 return shipping charge will be added to the price of the lenses, which covers the cost of returning the frames to you once the new lenses are made and installed in your frames. Beyond Canada we do not offer international shipping on the site at this time, but we can take your order in a slightly manual fashion, for just a bit more than the price you see on the site. Please email your shipping address to support@framesvision.com. We can then calculate the international shipping rate for shipment back to you; this charge would be on top of what you see on the website, where other shipping is included. Also, for international orders, you would ship the frames to our lab yourself rather than us sending a box, as we can't send those internationally.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship a completed order to an APO/FPO address, however, you would be responsible to ship the frames to us as we are unable to create a return label for an APO/FPO address. Once you place an order, please email support@framesvision.com for shipping instructions on how to send your frames.

I need my glasses ASAP! Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer an expedited shipping option for $20, which you can select during checkout. For locations where next day air is not available for both shipments, we will prioritize shipping to expedite the process in the best way.
